What Sets Our Show Apart?

We have the chance to connect with engaged couples at wedding shows across the BC Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, where we offer our complimentary wedding planner and directory, "BC Wedding Guides."

By having engaged couples pre-register for the All Dressed in White Bridal Shows, we can collect valuable information including their names, contact information, budget for their wedding, desired services, and wedding date.

Here are several reasons why you shouldn't miss the All Dressed in White Bridal Shows:

  • PRIZES: Exciting giveaways await!

  • VENDORS: Experience between 70 to 100 diverse vendors.

  • "SWAG BAG": Receive a bag filled with wedding services and products valued between $100 and $1000.

  • QUALITY: As soon as you step into our events, you'll sense the special atmosphere. Expect a day that's both fun and energetic, yet highly professional.

  • VARIETY: Meet a wide range of wedding specialists across various categories. Couples will have the chance to connect with top-notch professionals, including reception venues, florists, bakers, bridal boutiques, tuxedo shops, DJs, invitation designers, and much more.

  • Our goal is to equip you with effective strategies to ensure you achieve tangible results at your upcoming bridal shows. After all, these events can demand a significant investment, and you deserve a worthwhile return on that investment.

Fantastic networking opportunities await!

Before the Bridal Show:

  • Establish Your Goals: Prior to attending a bridal show, it's essential to organize your thoughts. Reflect on your purpose for participating in the event. Are you looking to generate leads for new brides? Perhaps you're launching a new product or service. You might also aim to strengthen relationships with other wedding vendors. These are just a few popular motivations for attending. Be sure to create a list of your primary objectives and keep them in mind throughout the event.

  • Invite Prospective Clients:

  • If you’ve begun building a database of bride and vendor contacts, reach out to them via email before the bridal show. Inform them of your presence at the show and invite them to visit your booth. Consider mentioning that a special gift awaits them at your table. These contacts can also help spread the word about the event.

  • Prepare Your Team:

Bridal shows often attract substantial foot traffic, so ensure you have enough trained personnel at your table to present your offerings effectively. If you have employees, bring them along, as they are well-versed in your services and can convey enthusiasm about what you provide. Make sure your team is well-informed and prepared to deliver a concise 2-3 sentence elevator pitch that highlights the uniqueness and advantages of your offerings.

After the Bridal Show:

Follow Up via Email, Phone, or Send a Gift. I’ve attended numerous bridal shows where I exchanged business cards with vendors, only to never hear from them again. This represents a missed opportunity. Make sure to gather business cards and lead information. Then, reach out to those contacts within 1 to 5 business days after the event. The sooner you connect, the more likely you are to remain fresh in their minds.

Evaluate Your Success.

  • Take a moment to review the goals you set at the beginning of this journey.

  • How did you perform? Did you achieve the expected number of leads?

  • Were you able to establish the necessary media relationships?

  • Reflect on what you learned and consider what you might do differently in the future.

It could be beneficial to keep a journal of these experiences to enhance your effectiveness at upcoming bridal shows. If the event was a success, be among the first to reserve your spot for next year's show. Early registration will boost your chances of securing a prime location.
